    The U.S. Department of Agriculture says it is OK for two varieties of non-browning apples to be sold in the United States. It's been 57 months and counting for us to get this approval. The non-browning effect happens because the company has reduced the apple's production of one enzyme.

  3. Mama pig saved by her 13 piglets

    When a mama pig was dying, she was saved by her 13 piglets. The mama pig Emma showed up at Apricot Lane Farms in Moorpark, California. She was really underweight, and very pregnant. She wasn't expected to have the strength or energy to give birth. She gave birth to 17 piglets, but only 13 survived.

    I think its a beautiful thing that the momma pig was almost certain death but she thought about her 13 babies and willed herself to live for them. It just proves certain things do make you do things you normally wouldnt
