  1. I thought that the Ag career day was well spent. I learned a lot about the colleges I can go to and the different courses I can take if I would like to be in Ag. I thought the food was good but I also thought that it got a little cold sometimes. I attended the Bingo, College Fair, and Smart Credit. I learned about the different courses in Bingo. I learned about the different colleges and different classes I can do. I also learned what bad and good credit can do to you and effect you in the future in Smart Credit. I also learned in smart credit that you should check your credit every year so that no one takes your name. He is running for senate. He made points that sometimes you may fail but you have to keep trying to succeed. I thought that career day was overall great. I had much fun and I learned many things that will help me with the future. I would go again becuase I will be a senior and it will help me make decisions. I would improve it by making the times longer so you can learn more about life.

  2. I thought overall it was a good day. I went to the ag banking, horticulture, and vet sessions. The banking one really explained what an ag banker does and how they do it, The horticulture one just kinda grazed the surface of what horticulture is and what he does in that field. The vet one was my favorite by far. They talked about their individual experiences and jobs. They talked about what they do on a day to day basis. They were pretty quiet though and I could not hear them in the back where I had to sit. I feel that if they were to speak up, then they would do a lot better. I can't remember the keynote speaker's name, but he owns Whiskey Creek and is running for Senate. He talked about how if you fail, don't give up just keep trying. I thought that the day went very well and that it was fairly educational. I would go to it again if we go. I feel like the times could be longer so that we could learn more about their jobs and lives. They also could use microphones or just speak up louder so that people could hear them. If they involved us, then it would be better too.

  3. I thought it was very interesting. I went tot he Vet science first. It was hard for me to hear and see so i really couldnt get into what they were talking about. The speaker that came and talked to us was very inspirational I basically learned no matter how many times you fail get up and try again. The next thing i went too was the collebe fair. It was very interesting to learn about the diffrent types of colleges that are availble in the state. Next i went to Bingo and learned about the diffrent type of Animal scinece at UNL. That was kinda interesting but i disconvered im really not interested in vet science.

  4. I thought the Ag Career Day was pretty interesting and fun. I went to the Vet science, college fair, and bingo sessions. I thought the Vet one was the most interesting because it talked about what they did in their everyday lives. Most of them were hard to hear though. I don't remember the keynote speaker's name, but I know he owns Whiskey Creek. His speech was pretty interesting, it talked about how to prepare for your future. Overall I thought it was interesting. The only thing I would do to improve it would be to hear all of the speakers better.
