The biggest challenge about my SAE is learning new things. Some things are harder than others to learn, but it’s good to keep trying until you get it right. There hasn’t really been a huge challenge for me in my SAE, such as learning to drive a tractor when I was younger. The hardest challenge for me would probably been learning things outside my comfort zone, or things I wouldn’t think that I would ever do, or have to do. I think doing and learning things out of your comfort zone is good, and is a good experience. It is good to get through your face your fears, and problems, because it might help you in the long run. Overall, I really haven’t had many huge challenges with my SAE.
ReplyDeleteThe greatest challenge about my SAE I think is all the early mornings and tough manly labor carrying heavy things and using a lot of muscle force to move stuff that gets in my way of completing my task. The good part is that when I'm all done it will be appereciated by many and I can be proud of it. No matter what you do to be successful you have to work hard and when you get it accomplished it will be just that sweeter. Which is why I do what I do.
ReplyDeleteThe biggest challenge about my SAE is learning how to work some of the things. I have been working their for quite some time and I still can not figure out or seem to remember what exactly I should be doing. I learn new things everyday and it helps me become better at what I do currently. The hardest thing I have had to do is learn how to work the coffee machines and remember how to use them from time to time. Another challenge is being able to talk to people I dont know and make them feel comfortable and want to come back to Espressions. Overall I have not had many tough challenges in my SAE because I have had many people to help me when I am lost and confused or I forgot what I was doing.
ReplyDeleteMy performance and skill at this job increases over time as i have to learn to do new things and be a leader of 4-5 cooks and make sure the customers are happy and step up.But the problem with that is at times getting to the workers head that its okay to slow down a little bit as long as we get it right and the food taste well we dont have to worry about angry customers. Ive learned alot from closing to opening to buffet and now Wing Street cleaning and food. The job is a great job to start out on as it teaches great things needed in life but not good enough for a life long career

ReplyDeleteThe biggest challenge that I faced was that I almost freeze in the mornings and overheat in the afternoon. I hate that because you have to wear a lot of clothes and then take them off. Another difficult thing is, when we get to the short corn, it is hard to pick those ones. I fixed the problem by getting stronger and they also taught us an easier way to pull them. Also you pick some of them and you leave some of them. You just have to know which ones to pick. Other than that I really don't have any other problems. Detassling is pretty easy. If I ever have to drive the carrier, I will not like it because I do not like learning new things with people that I don't know. There is really nothing else that I have a problem with. I just don't complain much because the money is worth it.
ReplyDeleteThe biggest problems I face is the disappointment in my parents and the unavailability to go places if I do not do my job. I usually have to do all the chores on the agenda because my parents are not in the shape to be lifting and bending over. I do get paid but don't get overwhelmed with money from doing the job. The money is important but the thing that makes me fill good about my self is knowing that I helped get the task done for someone that would have a harder time getting the job done.
ReplyDeleteI believe that the hugest challenge up ever had overcome is just not having the knowledge to go about doing everyday things with cattle and in general.. I have now learned a lot and so I think I've kind of overcome it but I still have a lot to learn and I think that in the future if I do become feedlot management or other typeposition that I will be able to overcome a lot of other challenges that I may face in the future
